By accessing and using FXEAVAULT, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Digital Products
All software sold on FXEAVAULT, including Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, and scripts, are digital goods. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading purposes.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may only be granted if the software is proven to be defective or not as described, subject to our technical support review.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on FXEAVAULT, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FXEAVAULT or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
